v1.0.3 - Reproducible Builds

In this release, I setup github actions to generate signed APKs to guarantee that the code in the repository is the exact code in the release APK.

You can see the output of the action that created this release here: GHA - Build Release APKs allowing you to validate that the SHA256 of the output matches the release artifacts contained in this release. (Note: The shown sha256 is of a zip of the output artifact, but if you download it, extract it, and run sha256 it will match the artifact below)

I also dropped dependency metadata which should allow this to be reproducible ala fdroid's reproducible builds as well, but I haven't taken the time to validate that yet.
