First usable release

• Add feed
• Delete feed
• Go to link on notification click
• Save feeds on file

First release

This does the very basic. You can add a feed and get a notification.
Nothing is persisted, when closing no feed is saved.
It is not possible to edit feeds yet.
But, you can already, for example, get a Jenkins job feed and be notified when the job ends.
