Patch release: fix packaging.

* fix(packaging): include pyproject.toml in npm tarball.
  v1.2.0 documented pyproject.toml as the canonical source of
  Python deps but files[] did not list it, so npm pack excluded
  it. This is the first npm release with the new packaging.

Includes everything from v1.2.0 (which was never published to npm):
* feat(sql-write): audit log migrado a ~/.agents/audit/events.jsonl
* chore(python-bindings): pyproject.toml con extras dev/excel/sql/cloud/viz/api/all
* docs: README 'Trabajar con las recetas localmente (Python)'
* skills_loader.py: bootstrap() publico
* tests/conftest.py: reducido a 31 lineas
* package.json: peerDependencies vaciados
* AGENTS.md: tabla reorganizada, typo fix
* .gitignore: agregado .atl/

Breaking change (from v1.2.0+):
* sql-write ya no escribe a sql-write.log. Downstreams deben migrar a events.jsonl.

Verificado:
* 276 tests passed
* pip install -e .[dev] resuelve 30+ deps correctamente
* npm pack incluye pyproject.toml (247K tarball, +3K vs v1.2.0 sin fix)
