Update informal ebnf grammar definition:

add do block end (seemed to be forgotten for a while)
add walrus_expr
add f_string

Update VSCode syntax highlighting plugin:

add _class implicit variable
add do as indentiation
add coloring of escaped characters in strings: \a \b \f \n \r``\t \v as well as octal \123 and hex \xFE
add f-strings coloring
