ESM v0.5.0 — report scheduling

Configure daily or weekly Google email reports from WordPress Settings: enabled/disabled, preferred local hour and weekly day. Reports share the alarm recipient.

Status shows settings acknowledgment, next report window and last mail submission result. Existing collector-enabled sites retain daily 7 AM reports; new installations default reports off. Collection and alarms remain independent.

Requires the updated companion Google collector in collector/README.md. It checks current preferences hourly, supports timezones/DST and reserves send periods to prevent duplicate emails. Failed or ambiguous submissions require review rather than automatic retry. Mail acceptance does not prove inbox delivery.

Validated: PHP syntax and report-settings/receipt contracts; daily/weekly schedules, DST/fixed offsets, migration and duplicate prevention.

ESM v0.4.1 — installed version display

Show the installed ESM version on the Status tab for easy confirmation after updating through WordPress.

Monitoring behavior, cache compatibility, settings, signing keys and schedules are unchanged.

Validation: PHP syntax checks passed; packaged ZIP built and checked.

Install the attached elementor-stylesheet-monitor-0.4.1.zip, or use WordPress’s normal updater from ESM 0.4.0. SHA256SUMS is attached for verification.

ESM v0.4.0 — centralized update delivery

Adds normal WordPress update notifications and manual installation from published stable GitHub releases. Requires WordPress 6.6+ and PHP 8.1+.

• Bundles Plugin Update Checker 5.7 and preserves its license notices.
• Accepts only stable published releases with a matching packaged plugin ZIP; excludes drafts, prereleases, loose tags and branch/source archives.
• Preserves site settings, collector signing keys, evidence and existing automatic-update preferences. No automatic repair is included.

Installation

Sites on v0.3.0 need one manual replacement installation of the packaged ZIP below. Keep automatic updates off during the initial controlled rollout. Update one site, verify stylesheet health and signed collection, then observe before updating the next. See RELEASING.md for rollback guidance.

Use elementor-stylesheet-monitor-0.4.0.zip, not GitHub’s generated source archives. SHA256SUMS is provided for manual integrity verification.

Validation

PHP syntax checks passed. Tests using the actual vendored GitHub selector passed for stable ZIP selection and rejection of draft/prerelease/missing/foreign/ambiguous assets without branch/tag fallback. Production installation and a live offered-update cycle remain to be verified.
