First release: a fridge door for two. The freezer holds a nameplate, today's weather for each of you, asks without words, thank-you magnets and trip magnets. The main door holds the shopping pad with staples, whose turn with swaps and a monthly tally, notes and morning notes, worries hung face down, envelopes that open only with both fingers on the seal, drawings, and the hideout of wishes.
The archive inside the fridge: everything taken off the door by month, five weeks of weather, chores by month, and thank-yous.
Sync without a server: pairing once by QR, then encrypted (AES-GCM) conversations over the home Wi-Fi found by mDNS and UDP broadcast. Edits are live while both apps are open. There is a background hum at home (offered right after pairing; "home" = a network where the phones have met, remembered by router and subnet, no location) with notifications and a "don't let it sleep" button, and an encrypted parcel file for when you're apart. English and Russian.
