Added

• Show successfully loaded system prompt and project instruction files in the
  TUI startup Context section. /context and the startup listing refresh after
  a successful /reload, including project/global precedence and removed files.

Fixed

• Batch confirmed Windows console text pastes instead of dispatching each
  character separately, substantially reducing the delay before large pasted
  text folds. Preserve Unicode, tabs, line endings, shortcuts and trailing Enter.
• Track rpi release notes independently from imported Pi settings so updates
  appear once on the next new interactive session. /changelog defaults to the
  latest release; /changelog all shows the complete history.
• Read scroll position and follow-output state from the primary scroll view,
  and ignore the jump-to-latest click while another UI owns terminal rendering.
• Keep context-file opt-outs consistent between startup and reload.
