Added

• Configure per-model USD cost rates, long-context pricing tiers and thinking-level
  mappings in models.json; preserve those values when saving the configuration.
• Prepare unified workspace Release PRs automatically after main CI succeeds.
  Merging a Release PR publishes crates, five platform binaries, Homebrew/Scoop
  and a retry-safe Microsoft winget submission.

• Add Model.cost_configured (costConfigured in JSON) to distinguish unknown
  prices from explicitly free models. ModelDefinition also adds cost and
  thinking_level_map. Rust callers using exhaustive struct literals must supply
  the new fields; Model::new provides its default. These API changes require the
  0.4.0 release; the native extension SDK ABI remains unchanged.
• Expose pricing availability in extension provider hooks and calculate request
  costs using the configured model rates, including long-context tiers.

Fixed

• Wait for buffered file appends to complete before returning, so immediate
  reads and metadata queries always observe the appended bytes.
• Release extension dialog state locks before submit callbacks, preventing
  free-form answers and editor submissions from deadlocking the TUI.
• Restore enhanced keyboard input on compatible macOS terminals so Shift+Enter
  inserts a newline. Otty retains legacy input for CJK IME compatibility, with
  RPI_KITTY_KEYBOARD available as an explicit override.
• Wrap long Markdown code lines instead of clipping their tails with an ellipsis.
• Keep different versions in separate publish queues and synchronize embedded
  release notes before the Release PR becomes ready.
