• Allow rpi install to upgrade an installed extension without --force and
  skip an already-installed version. Require --force only to reinstall the
  same version or downgrade, consistently across prebuilt, source and local
  installs; apply the same version policy to rpi package update.
• Synchronize the 0.4.0 installation channels and website release metadata.

Fixed

• Rebuild terminal scrollback when wrapped row counts change, preventing stale
  rows from remaining after content updates or terminal resizing.
• Track the effective ANSI style state across wrapped lines instead of replaying
  the entire style history, preventing escape-sequence growth in long styled
  output while preserving colors and partial resets.
