In our Annual People Analytics Report for 2011, we aim to provide comprehensive insights on the success of our efforts over the past two years (2010-2011). This includes evaluating the impact of new tenure-based reward programs, analyzing historical data for more accurate manpower planning, and assessing the inclusivity of our hiring practices in terms of age and gender distributions. Our objective is to determine whether these initiatives have achieved the desired outcomes and inform future decision-making strategies. |
