Bug fixes

• C1 (critical) — Commentary fallback + channel-strip interaction: when all language-matching audio tracks are commentary, channel-strip is now skipped entirely. Previously, channel-strip could silently drop foreign tracks that the fallback intended to preserve.
• I1 — bytes_saved clamped to max(0, ...) so metadata-only remuxes that increase file size no longer store a negative value in the database.
• I3 — Network timeouts during mkvmerge download now produce a friendly RuntimeError instead of a raw traceback.
• I4 — BCP-47 / ISO 639-1 language tags returned by mkvmerge (e.g. en, en-US) are now normalised to ISO 639-2 (eng) so language filters work correctly on files using language_ietf metadata.
• I5 — SQLite busy_timeout=5000 added so concurrent trimarr processes wait briefly rather than immediately crashing with database is locked.
• Logging — Channel-stripped tracks were incorrectly logged as dropped for language reasons. The summary log now correctly attributes drops to their actual cause (language filter vs channel-strip).

Refactors / minor fixes

• Removed unused backoff and apprise dependencies.
• Fixed pytest --cov path (wrong casing on Linux).
• Corrected process_file docstring (exit codes 0 and 1 are both accepted).
