Having a tool which could export the results of queries and/or complete bio4j modules in all/any of

This would make possible to take advantage of bio4j to select datasets for further exploration/analysis with other tools such as Gephi or Sigma.js.

The kind of queries and the exporting facilities would need to be defined, as well as the possibility of providing a Web GUI and/or cmdline access

expected outcome

As a minimum, a tool and a minimal library/API capable of executing queries over a given bio4j module and export the results in the formats listed above
