[#52] Drops support of now deprecated css-loader (the old way to process CSS with Webpack) in favor of Native CSS (the new way).
- The generateScopedName setting is replaced by localIdentName.
- getLocalIdent() and generateScopedNameFactory() exports are replaced by localIdentNameFactory().

Other Changes

[#48] Code base migration JavaScript ⇒ TypeScript.
Update of dependencies.
