Since layered shader support (see #27) does not work properly, roll back to combined shader support for now. Apply all shaders on the sam texture.

As a preperation I had to patch box2dlights since Version 1.4 does not support lighting in combination with FrameBuffer usage (see libgdx/box2dlights@ee03de4)
