1. README: More detailed Android building instructions …

   I tried to build the android app and experienced a lot of problems which I solved after a lot of trial and error, so I thought others can skip them. 
   
   Another tip I didn't know how exactly to include it, so I'll leave it here: If you get errors about `node-sass` not getting installed, change your NodeJS version to v11 (v11.15.0) using nvm: https://github.com/nvm-sh/nvm.
