Added
- Release lifecycle documentation (CLI-30): the maintainer release
procedure is documented end-to-end in design/RELEASE.md
(version prep → tag → automated build/publish → post-release checks),
broken/yanked-release handling and per-channel rollback in
design/INSTALL.md, and credential-safe troubleshooting guidance
aligned with doctor --local-only / context explain. Release notes
remain derived verbatim from CHANGELOG.md (the release pipeline
generates the announcement from the renamed section); every release
section now carries the artifact-verification pointer so it renders in
the release notes. Updates stay channel-based per SPEC §73: no silent
self-update, no telemetry, no background version checks.
- Verify downloads per design/SIGNING.md: run
sha256sum -c sha256.sum against the release's sha256.sum and
gh attestation verify <artifact> --repo blackboardstudios/hamstik-cli
(Sigstore build provenance). See also upgrade/uninstall/rollback notes
in design/INSTALL.md.
