Add logic to leverage a Predicate as each page of data is retrieved from BlackDuck to apply required filtering. As soon as a match is found, data will stop being retrieved from BlackDuck.
NOTE: CodeLocationServiceTest was removed as the tests were no longer valid. This piece of code, is, however, called within ComprehensiveCookbookTestIT both within testPolicyStatusFromBdioImport() and testPolicyStatusFromSignatureScan().
