…ter a cycle through the tree if one is required I added "refreshedCount" to properly count changed IDs since the internCount sometimes gets reset to 0 for random reasons. Also, after we go through the tree once, only refresh the BOM if the needsRefresh is still set so we don't refresh for no reason.
