Passphrase prompt for hosts without keys

Some of my hosts don’t use keys, but Blink is prompting me for a passphrase even for those. (Setting aside for now that I’m unable to save my passphrase for the hosts that use keys. I’m watching issue #81 on that one.)

This is all rewritten for next version using libssh. Will keep here as a reference but will close once released.

Hi @ignaciovazquez. We are currently working on a few major changes and probably will wait for all of them to be stable before pushing, but I can't really say right now.
