Null Motion 1.0.0: from rough drafts to a finished ad
Null Motion 1.0.0: from rough drafts to a finished ad
Watch a finished motion-graphics ad play over the plain black-and-white HyperFrames drafts it grew from, frame-synced, then export the whole breakdown as one MP4. Everything runs locally with zero dependencies.
What you get
- 🎬 Film over drafts: the full ad on top and one HyperFrames draft per section underneath. The section on screen follows the film frame for frame.
- ✂️ Real scene cuts: sections are planned from FFmpeg scene detection, so two-beat drafts switch exactly when the film cuts.
- 📦 Frame-accurate MP4 export: Download → Whole preview renders every decoded frame with WebCodecs at 24 Mbps, 1920 wide, with the film's audio. Nothing is screen-recorded, so no frames drop (Chrome or Edge).
- 🧩 Three ready-to-play references: Infinite · Global payments, SaaS · Launch sequence, and Motion study 08.
- 🔒 Local and dependency-free: Node 22+, no
npm install, no keys. The browser only talks to your own server.
New in this release
- Cross-drive imports work.
import-motionclone.pyused to fail with EXDEV when MotionClone was on a different drive. It now falls back to copying, through a temporary file so an interrupted copy is never mistaken for a finished video. It also gives a clear error when--sourceis wrong. - A clearer README: 3-step quick start, an FAQ and troubleshooting section, and a clear note that pause cuts, captions, and clips are Null Studio (nullmotion.com), not this repo.
- Easier to contribute: bug and feature issue forms, a PR template, and a short CONTRIBUTING.md.
