Blockle 0.2.0 — BLOCK, the universal auxiliary chain

BLOCK is merge-mined by every major ASIC algorithm: ten independent proof-of-work lanes (native Equihash + sha256d, scrypt, x11, equihash, blake2b, blake2s, blake3, eaglesong, kheavyhash parents), each with its own difficulty. This release adds the built-in solo/PPLNS Equihash pools, dedicated direct BLOCK pools for all eight fixed-header ASIC algorithms, the createauxblock/submitauxblock merged-mining interface (JSON and Namecoin hex dialects), the Qt wallet with embedded P2P node, pruned parent-node provisioning, and the blockle.org pool site. Proof of Blocks and the settlement mint are removed.
