• Live session rows in the left panel no longer keep a stale session identity after a terminal detaches from its session or switches to a new one. Detach now clears the terminal's session-backed telemetry state (session_id, session_file, first-user-prompt, turn/tool fields), and renderer-side telemetry diffing now treats session identity fields as meaningful changes, so a pushed snapshot from a new session cannot be collapsed as "unchanged" and leave the old session title stuck on the tile

• 左侧 live session 列表不再在 terminal 与 session 解绑或切到新 session 后继续挂着旧会话身份。现在 detach 会真正清空 terminal 上由 session 驱动的 telemetry 状态(session_id、session_file、首条用户 prompt、turn/tool 字段),同时 renderer 侧的 telemetry diff 也把这些 session identity 字段视为有效变化,所以新 session 推过来的 snapshot 不会再被当成"没变"吞掉,旧会话标题也不会继续黏在 tile 上
