Add lexicons & proxy routes to ozone for accessing signature correlation methods on the entryway.
These routes enable moderators to correlate bad actors such as ban evaders and bot waves across various threat signatures. Note that these threat signatures are should be obfuscated and privacy-preserving (and are in Bluesky's implementation)
