I don't really follow the fix -- why would changing the storage key in the initialization map fix things? Does it have to do with golang's non-deterministic map iteration order? (Maybe the different address is changing the probability of the iteration order?) Regardless, if it makes things more stable, approving for now.

I can't locate the actual issue, but I assume the problem is caused by the mapping tests. I verify this fix via running this command multiple times and finding no issues now.
