Describe the bug
IsItDown Cog no longer working, the Site/API is uses doesn't appear to be working and responds with connection refused.

To Reproduce

  1. Run command 'isitdown example.site'
  2. See error Error in command 'isitdown'. Check your console or logs for details.

Additional context
Running latest version of Red and latest version of cog and repo.
Also tried going to isitdown.site and using online tools to check and it appears to just be refusing all connections.

It would appear the sites repo has been archived.
