feat(admin): client actions via AJAX (no page reload, keeps scroll)

Обновить/Отменить/удалить for a client now POST via fetch and refresh only the
table; the server returns JSON for ajax=1 requests instead of a PRG redirect.
No more scroll jump to the top.
