Cache Manager for CloudPanel 0.2.1

WordPress plugin that connects a WordPress or WooCommerce site to the page cache set up by CloudPanel Companion.

• Pages stay in Varnish for an hour by default (CACHE_MANAGER_FOR_CLOUDPANEL_ORIGIN_TTL, 300-86400 s) and are cleared automatically on any content, price, stock, category, menu or widget change; Cloudflare and browsers still get at most 5 minutes.
• New do_action( 'cache_manager_for_cloudpanel_purge' ) for themes and plugins to clear the site after changes the plugin can't see.
• Visitors with only analytics cookies or campaign tags get cached pages; logged-in users, carts, checkout and accounts never do.
• Install and update through the Companion (see README); the ZIP is the plugin folder.
