I did a visual side-by-side comparison of all site pages between this PR and the current deployed site. Small spacing differences, but otherwise all sane/same. Newline added :) |

This has no accompanying issue. The two boilerplate stylesheets were barely used, and I recreated any used rules in the main CSS file. I still need to check all pages to make sure I didn't miss something. This would reduce the complexity and legibility of styling.
