Settings that helped

1.Fixed damaged-data error by importing the complete HKCU\Software\CAPCOM\RESIDENT EVIL registry settings from a working Windows installation into PC5's user.reg, changing Install Path to C:\Games\Resident Evil.
2.Added the following to user.reg to fix black vertical screen line and off-centre videos:
[Software\Wine\AppDefaults\ResidentEvil.exe\DllOverrides]
"ddraw"="native,builtin"

Notes

30 FPS, DualSense working, save/load working, videos and gameplay displaying correctly.
