A game that crashes, doesn't start or isn't playable: open an issue with its log (PC5's Report on GitHub writes one for you). The game shows as being looked at while the issue is open, then as working perfectly once the issue is closed as completed, or as unresolved (it doesn't run) once it is closed as not planned. A copy of a game that needs Steam or another store's client running, which PC5 can't do, shows as such: another copy of it may run. An issue whose reporter doesn't answer for two days is closed, and the game shows as needing testing: it didn't run for them, but another copy or version of it may. Tested it? Reply on the issue, or open a new one with your log. A game with both a report and an issue has one row, the report's, with the issue beside it.
