Add ntsync build of kron4ek's wine #461
Description
In the march of this year kernel 6.14 was released with NTsync support this with patched wine/proton allows to use this sync method to potentially improve performance in games or compatibility with apps. From my testing most of the apps i use under bottles work with kron4ek's patched wine. The only one that did not was EA's launcher, also Proton-GE supports NTsync since 10-9 (enabled by default since 10-10)
