Crawlizer v1.2.1 Release Notes

🛡️ Theme Persistence Bugfix

  • Storage Purge Exclusion: Fixed critical issue where \KatanaStorage.purgeBrowserStorage()\ in \storage.js\ purged any \localStorage\ key starting with 'crawlizer'\ on every dashboard instantiation and reload, wiping \crawlizer_theme.
  • Exclusion Rule: Explicitly preserve \crawlizer_theme\ and all user preference keys while continuing to isolate crawler operational data strictly to local disk.
  • Multi-Layer Persistence:
    1. \localStorage\ primary store
    2. \document.cookie\ persistent fallback (\max-age=1 year, \SameSite=Lax)
    3. \sessionStorage\ secondary fallback
    4. \chrome.storage.local\ extension sync
    5. /api/settings/crawlizer_theme\ automatic backend persistence in .data/settings.json\
  • Pre-Paint Bootstrap: Inline head scripts in \dashboard.html\ and \popup.html\ check both \localStorage\ and cookies before first paint to eliminate any theme flash or default theme fallback.
  • Dual Remotes: Synchronized to both \origin\ (\�ountrixorg) and \�ytes-knight.
