What is shown
Opening video, title and menu rendered. Created profile P1, selected Play, watched the first-level opening cinematic, then reached the playable first-level scene with Carl, Russell and the HUD. Controlled input moved Carl and changed the camera. AnyPS5’s built-in overlay showed 53.5 and 53.0 FPS in the attached first-level screenshots with
ANYPS5_FPS_LIMIT=60; these are momentary readings, not a sustained average. Picture and input worked at this point. Audio quality was not checked in this run.Current blocker
No blocker before or at the opening playable area. Later stages, checkpoints and a full level clear were not tested. Visual fidelity has not been compared with console output; the older 31 October run showed geometry artifacts, which were not diagnosed here.
How it was run
Rebuilt the Windows relinker and 406 runtime PRX libraries from clean upstream main after fetching and rechecking its head. Re-linked the main ELF and ten bundled guest modules; original title files were not modified. Launched with
ANYPS5_GPU=7800 XT,ANYPS5_REQUIRE_VULKAN=1,ANYPS5_OVERLAY=1,ANYPS5_OVERLAY_POS=tr, andANYPS5_FPS_LIMIT=60. The game exited cleanly after capture (code 0). No CPU affinity, RAM ceiling, or reduced game priority was applied. The build used two below-normal compiler jobs. AI-assisted test and report.First-level captures
Unedited AnyPS5 window screenshots after moving Carl in the playable opening area. The overlay shows the momentary FPS readings.
