  • fix(mcp): report scraps' own name and version as serverInfo (#727)

    The MCP server used to identify itself as rmcp 3.3.0 (its SDK). It now reports scraps and its own version, both in the initialize response and in server/discover's _meta["io.modelcontextprotocol/serverInfo"] (MCP 2026-07-28), so you can tell which scraps build a deployed server runs.
