• feat: read the frontmatter verified as an OKF consumer (#843)

  A scrap's frontmatter verified, the Open Knowledge Format's record of who confirmed its content and when, is now read. scraps get --json verified and MCP get_scrap with fields: ["verified"] return { tier, entries }: the trust tier (unverified, machine-confirmed or human-reviewed) and the confirmations newest first, in UTC. Unreadable entries are skipped, never failing a command.

  A scrap's frontmatter sources lists the materials its content derives from. scraps get --json sources and MCP get_scrap with fields: ["sources"] return each entry's resource, plus id, title, author and last_modified when present, in the order written. resource is kept as written and never resolved to a scrap.

• feat(ssg): list a scrap's frontmatter sources on its page (#846)

  A scrap page lists its sources after the body. An http/https resource becomes a link labelled by its title, and any other resource is shown as text. Source URLs can move from bare links in the body into sources without leaving the published page.

• feat(mcp): record how many scraps a search returned on its span (#844)

• feat(mcp): time loading the wiki apart from searching it (#847)

  MCP tool calls carry load_scraps (with read_sources, read_ir, rebuild_scraps), save_ir and search spans, and search_scraps records its hit count. scraps build -v now prints the loader stages too.
