• feat: link a scrap named by a frontmatter sources path, as kind source (#849)

  A frontmatter sources entry whose resource is a path to a .md file is now a link to that scrap, resolved as a Markdown link is: from the wiki root when it starts with /, otherwise from the scrap's folder.

  It counts among the scrap's links and the target's backlinks, and a path naming no scrap is reported by broken-link. Links now say their kind: scraps links and MCP lookup_scrap_links report source next to link and embed, and scraps backlinks and MCP lookup_scrap_backlinks give each linking scrap its kinds. URLs and other resources stay data. The IR format version moves to 6, so the IR is rebuilt once on first load.
