Running codeadd update deletes these skills. Local edits inside their folders are deleted with them:

  • add--stripe
  • add--plan-based-features
  • add--optimizing-git-workflow
  • add--project-scaffolding
  • add--skill-creator — use the native Claude Code plugin instead: /plugin install skill-creator@claude-plugins-official

It also removes the bundled library docs inside add--ux-design: shadcn, tailwind-v3, motion-dev, recharts, and tanstack query/router/table. Local edits in those files are deleted too. Back up anything you changed before updating.

  • Stack Conventions wiki section: /add-wiki records your stack's conventions (DI, layering, tenancy and similar) in a fixed table, keeps decided rows safe on refresh, and backfills it once.

  • Stack-agnostic dev skills: backend, database and frontend development skills, the architecture consultants, /add-plan, /add-build, /add-review, /add-hotfix, /add-ux, code-review and security-audit read the recorded conventions instead of assuming a stack.

  • Greenfield /add-brainstorm: on an empty repository it asks the five-item stack question and writes the four foundation files, only after you approve.

  • Optional design plugin (ui-ux-pro-max): when installed, /add-plan and the UX agents use it for design guidance. Disabled by default.

  • Version bump to 1.6.0 and delivery archives for 0060B–0065B.
