  • /add-setup: guided onboarding. It checks the project, offers each feature and plugin with its benefit in one numbered list, and runs the setup pieces (tool installs, codeadd modify, /add-qa-setup, /add-wiki) for the accepted items only. The install and update messages now point to it. Run it once after codeadd update.

  • .codeadd/settings.json: one committed project settings file, with one section per command. /add-qa-setup keeps its values, receipt and decision log in the qa section and no longer writes under docs/qa/. Migration 0005-qa-settings converts an existing project on codeadd update without making it STALE. Commit the new file afterwards.

  • A clone that has only committed .codeadd/ files now installs without --force.

  • Uninstall after a corrupted manifest keeps board.json, settings.json and wiki/.

  • .codeadd/settings.json and .codeadd/wiki/ are no longer git-ignored.

  • Commands send long text (PR bodies and similar) by file instead of inline heredocs, with a rule in building-commands and AGENTS.md.
