Changed

• File Manager: uploaded filenames with non-Latin letters (e.g. Cyrillic) are transliterated to readable ASCII before sanitization (Привет мир.txt → Privet_mir.txt)
• HTML editor: paragraph is the default block — typing on an empty line and Enter wrap content in <p> instead of <div>; choosing Div in the block menu still keeps that block
• HTML editor: pasted plain text is wrapped in paragraphs (one <p> per line, blank lines included); a single line pasted into an existing block stays inline
• HTML editor: toolbar buttons are borderless with a larger icon size; the content area uses the card background and the status bar uses the body background

Fixed

• File Manager: non-AJAX upload flashes an error only when the response error is a string, so a successful upload (error = false) is not reported as a failure
