Description

Found while testing #32585. When Dailymotion site is loaded, Playlist icon is not showing up though Global controls dialog is shown

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install 1.70.49
  2. launch Brave
  3. load Dailymotion media

Actual result

Playlist icon is not shown in the URL bar
