Found while testing #32585. Playlist rendered blank when global media controls used to play in PIP or full screen mode.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 1.70.44
2. launch/relaunch Brave to pull griffin
3. Add few media files including movies
4. play the movie in the playlist panel (Ace of Hearts)
5. press media button to open Global controls panel
6. press PIP button
7. press full screen button in the PIP mode
8. open playlist sidepanel via sidebar button in the toolbar

Actual result

Playlist panel is blank
