• Verified test plan from Fix #3543: Settings toggles do not persist when scrolling away from them then back #3917
• Verified settings toggle persists when scrolling away from view
• Verified settings reset to defaults when settings is closed and reopened. Logged Do not reset to default when global settings are changed  #3958 as a follow up
