Added

  • Package README on nuget.org. The package page now explains what the template is, how to install and run it, the prerequisites, and what's inside, with links to the source, changelog and issues. It is a dedicated templates/PACKAGE_README.md, not the generated project's README, because nuget.org cannot resolve that file's repo-relative links.
  • Project URL in the package metadata, pointing at the GitHub repository.
