Good idea, but I think we'll need to refactor the code to add support for
adapters. We can borrow ideas from other gems that support multiple
adapters.

Let me chew on this for a while. Thanks for suggeting.

We'd be happy to accept pull requests for this, but I don't think any of us has the time to develop this ourselves.

For now I've used https://github.com/pyromaniac/mongoid_orderable, but "one gem to rule them all" would be nice :)
