6.0.0 β π¦ Releases That Ship Something
Another catch-up release. 4.0.0, 5.0.0, and 5.1.0 all happened in plugin.json and never got a GitHub release, so this one rolls up everything since 3.2.0 β 26 commits β and takes the major bump the accumulated breaking changes had already earned.
It is also the first release where the artifacts build themselves. Attached below are four zips, one per bundle, produced by CI from this tag.
Breaking Changes
- The full bundle is now
agent-skills, notclaude-code-skills. The repo moved togithub.com/britt/agent-skillsand the plugin identifier follows it. Install with/plugin install agent-skills@britt. Individual skill names are unchanged. consolidate-notes-summaryis gone. Unused in practice, with no replacement. Its standalone plugin entry and marketplace listing were removed with it.
What's New
- Releases carry bundle archives. Publishing a release now triggers a workflow that builds one zip per bundle and attaches it. Bundles are discovered from
.claude-plugin/marketplace.jsonrather than a hardcoded list, so a new bundle needs no CI change. Archives are named from each bundle's own manifest version, and skill symlinks are dereferenced so every zip unzips standalone. - New
chatbundle. The subset of skills that work with no repository, githistory, orghCLI β for chat agents rather than coding agents. 12 skills covering writing, research, diagrams, requirements, specs, and daily planning. - New
llpmbundle. 15 project- and product-management skills: requirements, specs, user stories, stakeholders, meetings, triage, risk, timelines, and dependency/critical-path planning. - New skill:
working-on-an-epic. Coordinates a GitHub epic from a Conductor session β resolves child issues, builds dependency waves, spawns one cloud workspace per child, watches them, and reports merge order. Dependent children stack on their blocker's branch so the epic never waits on a human merge. The coordinator never implements a child and never merges. - New skill:
repairing-project-setup. Audits a repo against the currentsetting-up-a-projectspec and repairs only the gaps β placeholders,AGENTS.mdsymlinks, rule-file drift, phantom commands, cross-file disagreement β via a 15-row audit and merge-never-rebuild repair rules. daily-planning-ritualwas rebuilt twice. It now reads notes-doc sections dynamically instead of carrying personal defaults, and the ritual itself is conversational and balance-focused: organized around areas of life, opening on how you feel rather than a fixed question list, with a required balance check that names any skew before drafting and a "Where the day goes" breakdown.setting-up-a-projectreworked for multi-agent use, with a growingCLAUDE-specific-fuckups.mdrule file (Playwright/Chrome cleanup, CI/CD long-running monitors) and a project-status step added toworking-on-an-issue.
Fixes
prepare-meeting-agenda's gather step now actually returns the data it needs (#47).project-planning's sub-skill hand-offs are executable rather than aspirational (#48).timeline-planningcloses the gaps an end-to-end run surfaced.sync-agents-skills.shcan remove broken symlinks. It globbed.agents/skills/*/, which never matches a dangling link β exactly the case a deprecation hits, which made skill removal impossible with the documented tooling.- CI moved off the deprecated Node 20 runtime.
Docs & Site
- GitHub Pages switched to the re-terminal theme, with the homepage rendering the skill list from content instead of a hand-maintained table.
- Skills index moved to
/skill-list/; broken skill links and stale repo references fixed throughout. CONTRIBUTING.mdgained a "Releasing" section.
Housekeeping
- PRs from unvouched contributors are gated by a vouch check (reporting only, not auto-closing).
- The four full-bundle manifests are back in lockstep at
6.0.0; the top-level marketplace version had drifted to5.2.0while the bundle entry sat at5.1.0.
