v2.4.0 — Core 2.8 alignment & Laravel 13

Highlights

• Laravel 13 support (Twill 3.6+, PHP 8.3+); requires laravel-translation-handler ^2.8.
• Nested translation groups are exported to the right lang file.
• Group saves are validated first and written through the core in ~10 queries.

Fixed

• Saving or CSV-importing a nested group (e.g. auth.messages) wrote lang/{locale}/auth.messages.php instead of updating auth.php. Delete any stray lang/*/*.*.php files left behind.
• The listing search box searches values again (Twill 3 ignored $defaultFilters) and matches % and _ literally.
• Group saves with an unexported locale or a key that is both a value and a parent are refused with a validation error before anything is written.
• Failed lang file exports after saving a key are reported instead of swallowed.
• The "tab" CSV delimiter works; an invalid delimiter is a validation error instead of a 500.
• Concurrent CSV imports and exports no longer share a working file.
• The group editor only offers the locales listed in translation-handler.locales.

Changed

• The published config contains every core option; fileNames defaults to ['messages']. Publish this package's config: without it the core defaults apply.
• Groups left without keys are deleted after every import or sync.
• Admin controllers use the Twill 3 API.
• Fewer queries when creating groups, listing them and saving them.
