This patch makes the installation entry clearer and fixes the Chinese README link.

• Ready-to-copy dot installation prompts now appear near the top of both README files, directly after one purpose sentence. The release URL is on its own line, so Chinese punctuation cannot become part of the link.
• Installation explicitly selects the newest published non-draft release including previews, checks its tag/assets and follows the guide inside that source archive. It does not install an arbitrary main snapshot or rely on GitHub’s stable-only “latest” shortcut.
• The blank signed iPhone file is consistently Send-to-dot.shortcut and its installed display name is Send to dot. Its functional actions are unchanged. Importing a new copy requires entering your own existing address and upload-only code; it cannot inherit a previous copy’s settings.
• Earlier version tags and assets are preserved. No live service, access permissions or credential lifetime changes are included.

Keep the configured Shortcut private: its code is visible in the editor, may sync through iCloud and may accompany exports. No user address or code is present in the public template. The renamed file’s iPhone import/display remains to be separately checked; Apple signing and blank-source/name/action-equivalence tests passed.

Verification: 114 Node +122 Python checks passed (236 total), actual GitHub Markdown rendering checked in both languages, and source/privacy/checksum checks passed. 30-second image-visible delivery is still not achieved or guaranteed. Independent end-user installation and full30-day continuity remain unverified.

修正中文 README 链接，并把可复制的 dot 安装指令放到中英文首页前部。指令要求下载最近发布的版本（包括预览版），不会直接安装 main，也不会误用可能忽略预览版的“最新版本”入口。

iPhone 下载文件统一为 Send-to-dot.shortcut，显示名称统一为 Send to dot，不再带内部版本号。动作逻辑不变；新导入的副本仍需本人填写自己的有效地址和手机连接码，不能自动继承旧副本。

v0.2.0 及其附件保持不变。本补丁不改运行中的服务、权限或授权期限。仍不保证 30 秒内显示图片。 填好连接码的快捷指令请勿分享。新名称在 iPhone 上的实际导入显示仍待单独验收。

Send to dot 0.2.0

Share one photo and an optional question from your phone into your existing dot conversation. Originals appear as assistant attachments; answers can follow separately.

Changes

• Check the exact Pillow12 decoder before service startup, preventing background-runtime mismatches that rejected an Android Ultra HDR JPEG.
• Simplify Android sending and use clearer setup, submission, failure and waiting messages.
• Provide the signed blank Chinese iPhone v5 Shortcut. Enter your own service address and upload-only code at import. Keep the configured copy private: its code is visible in the editor and may sync through iCloud or accompany exports.
• Add image-first local orchestration with separate image/answer receipts, duplicate protection and recording-based latency checks.
• Update English and Chinese documentation, setup and troubleshooting.

Limits

You need your own compatible dot account, Mac kept online, stable HTTPS service and authorization. Newly issued access defaults to 30 days; upgrading does not extend existing grants. Source images/questions expire after one hour; saved conversation attachments have a separate lifetime.

Delivery within 30 seconds is not achieved or guaranteed. Another user's independent installation, full 30-day continuity and repeated real-device no-prompt reuse remain unverified. The native iOS app source is a prototype, not an installable signed app. English v5 remains an unsigned source candidate; the signed v4 template remains available in source.

Verification

110 Node +119 Python checks passed; fresh-package regression and isolated setup/upload/read smoke passed. Public assets exclude private images, credentials, live addresses and runtime records. See SHA256SUMS.txt for asset hashes.

这个版本修正后台图片库选择，避免部分安卓 HDR 照片被误判拒收；简化手机发送提示，并提供已签名的空白中文版 iPhone v5 快捷指令。图片可先出现在原 dot 对话，回答随后单独发送。

下载快捷指令后，需要本人填写自己的收图地址和手机专用连接码。填写后的副本必须保密，不能分享或导出给其他人；码可在编辑器中看到，也可能随 iCloud 同步。升级不会延长现有授权。

目前未达到或保证 30 秒显示图片。 Mac 仍需开机联网；必须使用自己的服务和账号。完整 30 天连续使用、另一位用户独立部署以及真机反复发送免配置仍未全部验收。
