WBS not updating on indent/outdent in manual mode #11826
Description
Can be reproduced using https://bryntum.com/products/gantt/examples/wbs/ for demonstration.
Notice how the WBS column is not updated properly. It seems to be "behind".
Might be related to #11787, although I didn't apply any filtering.
