Continue the same frozen local qualification from #1150. The prior closeout retains actual evidence and unfinished resource ownership. The maintainer explicitly requires unrestricted local execution through full validation: this advisory turn transition must not stop or restart an existing job for elapsed/attempt/output/lease limits. Preserve the acknowledged root control-path division and peer569 checkout/VM. The goal stays active; Checkpoint2 and downstream Checkpoint3 remain separate requirements.

Qualification continuation for PR674: no source/runtime change or new execution was introduced. The same full151-target398-row campaign aac2e6ce-907c-42ec-84b0-f977ac3c4b06 remains physically live on frozen local c5b95c850: two whole targets passed; acquisition passed all165 initial tests and is processing2926 mutants with actual reader/owner/controller confirmed. No failed execution or initial-run error observed. Preserved complete current-source reference-app, native-host, documentation and security evidence remains source-specific; this continuation grants no additional mutation acceptance.

Read-only downstream preparation pinned eight app baselines and37 integration-point files, distinguishing wallet-source, legacy lookup evidence bridging, reusable KV projection and complete private-service migration requirements. No application implementation, checkout, package installation, deployment or funded operation. Those migrations remain checkpoint3 after checkpoint2 review.

This closes only the advisory turn handle. The maintainer requires unrestricted local execution: keep the same VM/source/runtime/campaign readers, controller27553, transport33088 and process-bound awake assertion33089 running and retain unfinished resource ownership; no stop/restart due to elapsed time, job/attempt/log allowance or lease/turn. Next automatic goal continuation must acquire a fresh handle and observe the same run. Preserve peer569 scopes and the acknowledged shared-control-path division. Remaining: complete all151 targets398 rows and independent canonical/partition/global-score/final-runtime/source/drain reconciliation, resolve any actual failures, finish final affected audit, push qualified source and reconcile exact-head hosted/analyzer/review gates.
