PR1478 repairs remain separate and draft; do not merge their unfinished tests. No production promotion.

Security continuation: four npm versions published and independently verified; five image releases pass, but both UHRP image scans reject publicly disclosed follow-redirects1.16.1 (fixed1.16.2). Regenerate only those two locks, pin the reviewed corrected source for a mutation-only image continuation, retain all security gates and failed samples. PR1488 generated source is reviewed but not merged while correcting the image issue.

PR1489 atcbc051528 incorporates generatedfb7 plus exact two-lock security commite469 and pinned standalone image continuation. Local602 health/root and17 focused tests, lint/format, root and both standalone high/critical audits pass. Actual committed manual discovery/admission script passes; normal mutation path remains. Supersedes closed1488; original5 successful images remain immutable, two unpublished UHRP tags retain their versions. Required hosted checks pending. No new staging rollout or production promotion.

Additional full-audit evidence: superseded1488 CI also rejected MessageBox development follow-redirects1.16.1. Production image scan passed, but full CI audit remains required; patch dev lock and bump its already-published1.1.57 to1.1.58. Batch full audits for all eight contexts before next push. Existing failed samples stay preserved.

All pending npm packages and all8 current image tags are released/verified. WAB staging accepted. All8 current infrastructure tags verify; complete38-package published baseline has no held candidate or error. Image continuation41881749332 is successful. WAB1.8.18 includes PR1093 and is accepted in staging; ChainTracks1.1.33, Overlay2.1.53, MessageBox1.1.58 and CloudBucket0.2.59 staging promotions are also accepted. Final native/readiness, monitored soaks and availability checks pass. NanoStore deployment41888753064 is successful. Production was not promoted; final operator validation remains.

Temporary mutation admission is removed by reviewed/green PR1491, merged3e11afb73; exact PR and post-merge main CI/CodeQL are successful. Future releases require normal complete exact-source mutation qualification. Failed/canceled mutation campaigns retain their outcomes. Draft PR1478 and its qualification follow-up remain unfinished and preserved; releasing this handle does not close that work. Earlier unsuccessful staging attempts and observer limitations remain recorded separately.
